Job Title: Market Research Analyst-Environmental Awareness

Job Duties:

  1. Conduct quantitative and qualitative market research and analysis as well as environmentally friendly assessment to advise Red Cube’s clients on products selected to sell to the Northern America region.

  2. Advise Red Cube’s clients on compliance with international and U. S. environmental regulations and standards, including FDA, hazardous material regulations, etc. for products sell in Northern America region to ensure the products and any compositions of the product fully complied with local rules.

  3. Examine and advise on eco-friendly product packaging and shipping methods to improve the efficiency of logistics and to boost the brand image and profit.

  4. Provide data driven market analysis for the clients to gain a better view of their market position and determine their marketing ROI.

  5. Provide environmentally focused marketing and operation recommendations. Advise clients on environmentally friendly oriented practice in marketing and business development. Lead the data analysis for the environmental aspects for businesses, as well as different human factors in environmental studies to not only digest all FDA, international environmental or hazardous materials regulations and rules, but also to secure better product recommendation, increase value of the products and to gain more support from environment minded customers.

Minimum Requirement: Master’s Degree of Management for Natural Resource and Environment plus 24 months experience in marketing analysis-environment awareness field.

Job Duties:

 Assess employee’s development needs to provide appropriate coaching and development

resources that align talent with business priorities.

 Serve as the main contact for employee talent management needs and assist with training all

employees on the use of talent management systems.

 Consult with business teams about organizational development initiatives and facilitate

development activities to achieve the goals of the organization.

 Design, communicate and implement change initiatives and develop marketing materials to
